Exporting Troubleshooter & Targeting for DV360

Below are the steps on how to export files that can help the team troubleshoot your current issues in DV360. See steps below.

Exporting the Troubleshooter:

  1. Within your line item, click the troubleshooter tab.

  1. Scroll down and click Download.

Exporting the SDF:

  1. In the line items list within your campaign, tick the line item you want to export targeting for and click the Action button.

  1. Click Download.

  1. Select All, tick Line Items, and click Next. Once ready, click Download.

  1. Email both ZIP files to your representative.
